Creative Thoughts
If your thoughts are creative, what are you creating right now? Indeed, your thoughts are creative, and whether you want it or not, your thoughts influence your life. If you find yourself stuck in a negative thought pattern, you must genuinely be curious and actively explore what can provide you with positive thoughts. We all indulge in negative thoughts sometimes, and in some cases, they are inevitable, such as when something difficult happens. Still, the art is to increase your awareness of what is happening and actively work to move forward towards a more positive mindset. Over time, this will result in fewer situations being perceived as so difficult that your thoughts become heavy. Of course, it is important to seek psychological help, women's shelters, or similar services if you have such needs, but despite external help, you must help yourself!
Some important things to look at when you feel unbalanced, except coaching or therapy, are:
Diet
"You are what you eat" is a saying, and it’s true. If you eat junk food, your body becomes weak and susceptible to diseases. Even the psyche is greatly affected by what you eat, so there is usually great potential for improvement here! It's fun and sometimes challenging. Sugar is a major culprit as it provides quick energy but has a long-lasting negative impact on your body and psyche. Sugar affects the brain's reward centre and quickly makes us dependent. The tricky thing about sugar is that it is added in almost everything. Here, it's about making better choices at the grocery store.
Physical activity
Exercise is crucial for health as it contributes to improving both mental and physical well-being.
Regular physical activity strengthens the heart, muscles and bones, improves blood circulation and oxygenation in the body. It also helps control weight, lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. Beyond physical benefits, movement reduces stress, improves mood, and increases energy levels by releasing endorphins and other feel-good hormones. By focusing on breathing in every exercise, thoughts about other things are minimized, and your brain gets a break from overthinking.
In summary, exercise promotes a longer, healthier and happier life.
