Who are Naranja Coaching?

Elin Debora Brixson is the founder of Naranja Coaching and a certified coach trained by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). With this solid background, Elin has extensive training in core coaching competencies, adheres to strict ethical guidelines ensuring confidentiality and integrity, and strongly focuses on helping clients achieve measurable results and personal development.

Elin began as a part-time working mother living in a rented apartment with her three children, including a baby. Through coaching herself, she created the life she had previously only dreamed of: a thriving economy, a house in the countryside, a car of her own, savings for herself and her children, and eventually love.
In 2022, her husband passed away suddenly, shattering the family's existence. But from this crisis emerged a new sense of hope for the future and a realization that she wanted to help others move forward after a crisis and emerge stronger than ever. Despite the difficult situation, Elin decided to change her life radically. She moved to Spain, a dream she had for many years. There, she started a new journey, pursued further education and established a coaching business – her newfound strength and life goal.

Elin has a diverse background in various fields and has been an entrepreneur since a young age. In addition to her formal coach training, she has developed a coaching mindset through years of studying how our thoughts shape our reality. She has also worked in rehabilitation for individuals with burnout syndrome, where she helped people in their recovery process and return to work. Furthermore, she has held responsibilities in contract management and relationship building within the real estate industry and has served as a vocational teacher for adult learners.
