Manifesting Positivity: Transforming Your Life

As an adult, I learned about the power of the law of attraction and visualizing my goals. In my blog posts here, I will share my thoughts on this and our most important tool for moving forward in life, our thoughts.

The first time I encountered the law of attraction was when I read the book "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne. It was an "aha-moment" to read what was in it, all the stories and tips, and I felt an enormous opportunity to begin shaping life the way I desired. I have noticed many times that people can feel provoked by this way of thinking and end up in a defensive position where they don't at all think they could do anything differently. But my texts are aimed at those of you who want to be involved in creating your life, you who no longer want to keep up with life but really live and develop.


One of the most important differences I began to make when I was new to this subject was shifting focus from what I didn't want to what I did want. It may sound obvious, but surely there are more like me who have thought along the lines of: "I don't want to work here, I don't want a bad marriage, I don't want poor finances." When we think about it, it's really completely uninteresting what we don't want, especially since the brain sees that we think in images and don't have a picture for the word "not". What it instead interprets is the rest, so the messages become: "I want to work here, I want a bad marriage, I want poor finances," because the brain has images for all that.


So the exciting thing is to tell our brain what we do want instead, and in the present tense as if it has already happened: "I enjoy my work so much, my partner and I are so loving towards each other, money comes to me quickly and easily." Also, imagine yourself in what you desire and feel how it will feel when it is a reality. In this way, your life will change rapidly! Like attracts like, and positive thoughts, words, and actions attract more of the same, and most importantly, now your brain will get clear images of what you expect.
Manifesting is consciously attracting or bringing forth something into your life through your thoughts, beliefs, and actions.
